These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Fluency ("the App"), developed by Cloud Dream. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
Fluency is an AI-powered pronunciation coaching tool. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial language practice. You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or infrastructure
- Upload content that is harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others
2. Audio Recordings
By recording audio within the App, you grant Cloud Dream a limited license to process your recordings for the purpose of providing pronunciation feedback. Recordings are not used for any other purpose.
3. AI-Generated Feedback
Pronunciation feedback is generated by AI models and is provided for educational purposes only. Results may not always be accurate. The App is not a substitute for professional language instruction.
4. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, content, and AI models, is the property of Cloud Dream. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.
5. Availability
We strive to keep the App available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or that pronunciation feedback will be perfectly accurate.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloud Dream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
